Spardha 2025

Spardha 2025

The Rural Managers’ Association of XIM University (RMAX), organized Spardha’26 on 22nd February 2026 from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM at CH1 in the presence of Prof. T. Kumar, Dr. Sumitra Mishra, and Ms. Upasana Das. The event was designed as a dynamic two-round competition to promote critical thinking and practical understanding of rural development challenges. The first round was conducted on Unstop through an online assessment, based on which participants were shortlisted for the second round held in hybrid mode. In the final round, participants presented their analysis on issues faced by rural artisans in India before an esteemed panel.

Participants were required to identify key challenges such as limited market access, financial constraints, supply chain inefficiencies, lack of branding, digital illiteracy, and policy awareness gaps, while proposing feasible and sustainable solutions. The final presentations were evaluated by two judges along with the faculty coordinator on parameters including depth of research, practicality of recommendations, clarity of presentation, and overall impact. By combining competitive rigor with real-world problem-solving, Spardha’26 provided a meaningful platform for students to engage with grassroots issues and develop solution-oriented thinking in the field of rural management.
