The RM Alumni Committee, School of Rural Management organised 9th Annual Leadership Summit – XpectRM 9.0, on 22nd August 2026 (Saturday) at XIM University, Bhubaneswar.
Over the years, XpectRM has evolved into a distinguished platform that brings together accomplished alumni, industry leaders, and the student community for meaningful conversations on leadership, business, markets, and the changing socio-economic landscape. The summit provided an opportunity to learn from diverse experiences, engage with industry perspectives, and gain insights that extended beyond the classroom.
The theme for this year, “The Global Reset: Business, Markets and Economic Transformation,” reflected the fundamental shifts shaping the world today. As economies, businesses, and markets navigate a period of unprecedented transformation, XpectRM 9.0 seeks to facilitate thought-provoking conversations on emerging opportunities, evolving business paradigms, leadership challenges, and the forces redefining the global economic landscape.
