Abhivyakti, the annual Business Conclave organized by the Rural Managers’ Association of XIM University (RMAX), was held on 26th September 2025. The theme for this year, “Riding the Wave: Empowering Young Leaders in India’s Changing Economy,” focused on nurturing leadership that integrates innovation, ethics, and inclusivity in India’s evolving economic landscape.
Distinguished speakers, including Sajid Ali (Tech Mahindra Foundation), Mukul Goyal (Stratefix Consulting), Sulbha Rai (Renewbuy), Satish N. Thaker (GODESi Mandi), and Bhaskar Ghoshal (SMC Finance), shared insights on sustainable leadership, entrepreneurship, personal branding, and the future of India’s rural and digital economies.
Key highlights of the event included the launch of “Abhigyaan”, the official newsletter, and interactive sessions moderated by SRM faculty. The conclave emphasized values such as agility, empathy, continuous learning, and innovation—core qualities for impact-driven leadership. Abhivyakti 2025 successfully celebrated the collaboration between academia and industry, reaffirming the role of young rural managers as catalysts of inclusive and sustainable growth.
