Rural Living and Learning Experience is considered as an important component of the RM course curriculum. The component of RLLE includes forty-five (45 days) stay in a village which provides the students an opportunity to learn about the real village life. The RLLE for the current batch i.e. for the batch of 2024-26 was scheduled during 30th November 2024 to 13th January 2025. This year, 26 host organisations from 12 States and a Union Territory extended their support in providing necessary guidance to our students during their RLLE.
As an outcome of their RLLE, 69 stalls were set by the students in the RLLE Mela to display the cultural and social fragrance of the rural India. Small videos based on the social and cultural activities of the villages visited by our students were also screened during the mela. At the end of the event, a skit was performed by the students conveying a message to focus on the sustainable rural development.
