The RM Alumni Committee organized the 8th Annual Leadership Conclave – XpectRM 8.0 on 30th August 2025, themed “Bridging the Skill Gap: From Classroom to Corporate.” The conclave served as a platform for distinguished alumni to share their professional journeys and industry insights with students of the School of Rural Management.
Esteemed alumni including Mr. Bharavi Mishra (KPMG India), Mr. Sainath Sunil (Chase Advisors), Mr. Savesh Kumar (UPL), Mr. Vikas Chaturvedi (Fidelity Investments), and Mr. Anup Singh (SBI Life Insurance) shared perspectives across diverse sectors. Facilitated by Prof. Niraj Kumar, Dean SRM, and Prof. Gautam Prateek, Faculty Coordinator, the event offered valuable lessons on career building, adaptability, and leadership. XpectRM 8.0 proved to be an inspiring and enriching experience, effectively connecting classroom learning with real-world industry practices.
